All lovely dresses, but the shape of the one I posted is what draws me to it. Good thinking of Ebay - I always forget to look there!

It's a lovely dress and every so often the style is in general shops but the rest of the time it's niche. The one in the OP looks to be really good quality and finding something just the same at half the price is a bit of a challenge.

A challenge I'll leave you to now. I've had my google exercise for the night.

Thanks Billy. You are right, the quality of the first dress makes it worth the price.

I am constantly perusing retro dresses and I really don't think you'll find one so beautifully cut for half the price.

I've just showed it to DP and mentioned early Xmas present. Here's hoping!

Definitely worth saving up to buy it. I love 40s style dresses, but they have to be cut well to hang properly.
