Where to buy jeans?

I am off to buy jeans today in small town, so options limited to:

M&S
Debenhams
Next
TK Maxx
Dorothy Perkins
River Island (I think)
And maybe TopShop.

I am size 8-10 but with a tummy and I am short - 5'2" so need petite options.

BTW I have never, and will never wear skinny jeans, they look hideous on me.

I am much the same size and height so would also like the answer to this question! Last time I bought jeans was M&S and they are OK but when I looked there recently didn't see any I liked. I think I can wear skinny jeans but only with boots. Actually I think Next might be worth a look, I have found decent jeans there before.

I'm similar ish - 5 ft 4 and a 10. M and S is a NO but Next and DP are surprisingly decent.

So, if anyone is interested I tried on jeans in Next and TopShop. Next has nice slim fit ones that just sat too low for me, I would have been hoiking them up constantly. They also had a 'suck 'em all in style' which were nice but made my bum look weird.

After decrying skinny jeans I purchased TopShop skinny jeans 'Jamie' which are high waisters. They look good inside knee high boots only. £40 so I hope they last.

Oh, and TopShop call me a 10, and Next call me an 8

I've got the Jamie jeans in a 10. Good flattering fit. Mine are a bit short though but maybe I bought the wrong length? They look great on though and wash well so good choice

Have you tried uniqlo ones online? There super stretch ones are lovely on - and cheap at £27 odd quid

I tried on these River Island Lana jeans the other day and was surprised at how flattering they were. Def worth a go.
