FOX scarf

its sold out. so somebody obviously likes it.

HereComesHoneyBooBooDragon · 14/10/2013 17:08

Stick some leather wings on and Soupy could have a Mnet bat scarf.

PatoBanton · 14/10/2013 17:12

Oh I saw a badger the other day too Sad Poor bastards.

Who invented the motor car?

SteppedOnaFrog · 14/10/2013 17:25

Has it got mange?

Sizzlesthedog · 14/10/2013 18:02

Was it a "joke" that m&s put on their website to amuse mnetters? How can it be out of stock? Plenty there last night when I checked.

VivaLeThrustBadger · 14/10/2013 18:03

If it was April 1st I'd assume it was a joke.

Maybe they've removed them from sale as one gave a buyer fleas. They look mangy.

SundaySimmons · 14/10/2013 18:11

PETA have bought all of the stock.

Or a little birds from M&S has read this thread and the item has been pulled as they realise that no one is going to buy one and they have been sent to the toy department to be stuffed and sold on at Christmas.

eggyhead · 14/10/2013 18:24

Ha ha!

I'd like a cat one...

VivaLeThrustBadger · 14/10/2013 22:15

Ha ha! My review has been published.

Why can I only find it on the site via the MN link? Can't find it by searching on the site.

SundaySimmons · 15/10/2013 09:01

Viva, it's oos so it won't show up. Great review, ;)

TheDinnerWitch · 15/10/2013 09:31

Haha, my review's up too! I wonder if the M&S people know we're being 'slightly' sarcastic...

cardamomginger · 15/10/2013 10:17

Yorkshire Terrier Scarf!! Ha!!!

VivaLeThrustBadger · 15/10/2013 15:29

The person who reviews the reviews must know we're been sarcastic. I suppose they can't say that to us for fear of upsetting a genuine person!

Anyway I was in m&s today and searched high and low for it. I was prepared to model it in store and take a photo so you could all see how lovely it looked in the flattened flesh. Sadly it wasn't in store.

VivaLeThrustBadger · 15/10/2013 15:30

Ok, who left the primary school teacher review? I've just spat coffee out! Grin

Kewcumber · 15/10/2013 15:34

Who's review was this "I plan to wear this instead of a necklace at my wedding in December, I'm hoping it will be a lovely talking point for the guests who will also be getting them as surprise wedding favours at the meal."

I nearly PMSL

Sizzlesthedog · 15/10/2013 21:18

I dare someone to go into a store and ask if they are getting any more in stock!

I would if I lived near a m&s.

I still think that this was a weird online only item to give us something to talk about and while we are on the website, purchase a badly fitting bra.

elfycat · 15/10/2013 23:42

I love the whole FB records your internet searches thing... the fox scarf just came up under the 'sponsered' adverts. Brilliant! There's a little picture and everything.

Doesn't make me want to buy it though. FB need to define their parameters a little, maybe away from the 'obviously looked at in horror' searches MN links us to.

cardamomginger · 16/10/2013 00:33

I'll be in Kings Road in Chelsea on Thursday. There's an M&S there. I'll pop in and have a look. If I can keep a straight face, I might even ask.

Beltsandbraces · 16/10/2013 10:26

Lmao! The reviews are priceless! M&S PR department should take note Grin. This fox could go viral...

madammecholet · 16/10/2013 12:43

funniest review!

I love this scarf, but made the mistake of leaving it unattended round my hens. Carnage. Total carnage. This product should come clearly labelled as unsuitable for anyone who has poultry

polyhymnia · 16/10/2013 12:53

Those reviews are hilarious - made me laugh out loud.

ErrolTheDragon · 16/10/2013 12:59

Oh, is wearing a dead animal around your neck going to come back into fashion? ( remembering old lady at church who had a fox with little beady eyes for best)

Should my dachshund be worried?

And the real question is surely,

ErrolTheDragon · 16/10/2013 13:01

FB need to define their parameters a little, maybe away from the 'obviously looked at in horror' searches MN links us to.

Not just FB, I keep getting ads for strange items thanks to MN.

Manchesterhistorygirl · 16/10/2013 13:02

See I thought it was going to be like the actual fox stole (with head and tail) that my gran used to have. She as born in 1912 so very ok back then. That however looks like a childs puppet.

TheAngryCheeseCracker · 16/10/2013 13:05

Naughty reviews by MNers"
