MNers! 10 weeks ago I had a WONDERFUL afternoon. I met a new hairdresser who listened to me, made sage suggestions and in the nicest possible way, told me that I was deluded if I thought he could magic my over dyed, over processed dry, split end hair into long thick healthy luscious locks (AKA the posh teens look) in one visit. He had some great ideas, was sympathetic and humorous and gave me a fantastic (and drastically different) cut and colour. After a week of amazing comments from friends, family even clients(!) I sent a letter to the company's head office praising and thanking, I printed a copy of the letter and posted it to my hairdresser in a thank you card.
I'm going back tomorrow. I really hope he remembers it and mentions it but realistically, he sees a lot of ladies and I doubt by brown bob will be as memorable and outlook changing to him as it's been to me!
If he doesn't mention it, should I? I kind of want him to know or remember how much I appreciated him. He's a lovely lovely man.
