Find me the perfect Parka, it will be my first one.

So I am looking for a parka this year.
I saw something on TKmaxx one day but they did not have my size, I looked in every TKmaxx I came across afterwards but I can't find it anymore and I forgot the brand name.

It has to be long, but above my knees.
It has to be navy.
It has to be cotton material, I don't want puff or acrylic.
It has to be very well padded and toasty warm.
It has to have a very good sized hood.
I also need some pockets.

With the ebay ones I have posted they are just an example of the coat designs. There are cheaper auctions, so do a search if they are the sort of thing you want.

Bench call it blue so search blue as well as navy.

I really liked the Selected Femme Narah coat, navy, nice length, very warm lining (which I think can be detached), hood.

Only thing is its £180! I am holding out for a sale

I've got the green classic one. I adore it.

Parkas are my winter coat of choice, I've got loads. I don't like fish tail parkas though as the strings bang on the back of my legs when I walk and annoy me. Try Topshop, Gap, H&M, River Island sometimes have nice plain ones without tacky detail, USC, French Connection, John Rocha at Debenhams, Dsquared, Firetrap, Diesel, Red or Dead. The Fred Perry parkas are perfection but pricey.

I saw this one today and it's lovely, but it's a lightweight one, so no good to you unless you shove a fleece under it, I'm afraid. It is nice though.
