M&S Skirt

I am looking for a fairly wide scarf (so that I can plump it up a bit), in a pattern (any pattern, as long as it doesn't have skulls as its a gift and the recipient would not appreciate skulls) that has this shade of blue in it. Any other colours alongside this shade of blue would be fine.

Not really looking to pay more than £50.

Any suggestions please? I have looked in M&S, and am about to look at other high street shops.

which shade of blue sorry?

it takes me to a page where the colour options are red or black but the pictures show a teal blue/greeny colour and also a really bright royal blue

SundaySimmons · 10/10/2013 20:08

The link takes me to a cobalt or royal blue skirt.

I take it you mean cobalt?

HappyAsEyeAm · 10/10/2013 20:11

Sorry. I mean the cobalt blue skirt.

Thanks Sunday. I think she would like both, but they're too narrow. She would like to sort of plump it up and so it needs to have more width. I appreciate the help though.

I think the shade of blue is a bit too dull, and I know that she won't like the cut out type weave. This is proving harder than I thought! Maybe it was last year's colour and that's why there isn't much of it around.

I appreciate your time though, Sunday.

The snood - possibly, possibly!

I like a mission!

Will keep looking for you.

Thanks so much. I will pick this up again to morrow. Best of luck!,

A bit of metallic?

I don't like glitter in scarves as a rule but this looks nice

I don't like glitter in scarves either, sorry. It reminds me of a pair f black and gold fingerless gloves that my nan knitted for me in the mid 80s! I feel that if I can remember glittery knits first time round, they're not for me. Or her. You are doing brilliantly to give me some options though.

I'm coming across as dismissive and ungrateful, I'm sure. I'm sorry. When do we admit defeat? Bloody skirt isn't even that nice in the first place! Smile

Don't be daft, I enjoy looking. I've found a few things for myself whilst looking for others on here!

This says cobalt is an option. Size is 26" x 79" so is a nice size for plumping!

Not sure if plumpable?

pudtat · 10/10/2013 21:57

I have this which isn't a scarf and has no pattern but is extremely plump and a lovely colour!

NotScared · 10/10/2013 22:39

Nice.
