Opinions on these boots as an alternative to Ugg style - uggs don't suit me

Basically I like the idea of Uggs but they don't look right on me!

Must be flat and warm so I thought of these?

Opinions and other suggestions?

Mmm. I'm sure the old lady at the school crossing wears those.

I got these but in black. They are fleece-lined so I've not worn them yet but the look nice on. Not leather though.

I like them and they are about 1/4 of the price. I'm somebody who thinks UGG's are majorly overrated though.

I really can't see a huge difference between those and UGGs.

They look as though they're just lined in the cuff (?) so may not be that warm, certainly not as warm as boots lined in sheepskin throughout.

Style-wise, I am all about the comfy / warm / flat boots, but I think there's something not quite right about those.
