I need to buy just one pair of boots....

Which do I buy?

I've lost weight and my black knee length ones are too baggy and big. I currently have some Clarks brown ankle boots with a wooden heel, some black mid-calf with a heel (not keen tbh, but they fit!) and some cheapie brown mid length cow boy boots (not keen again).

I was looking at these: www.next.co.uk/X522294s3 but they're a definite want and I'm not sure they're going to be a practical go with everything that I need!

I'm quite hippy/boho - love dresses, skinnies and don't wear boot cut jeans if that helps. What would you buy??? Next is good as I have some vouchers from my birthday.

I bought grey boots last year and find they go with more than any other colours. I like the next ones.

Ooh love the Clark's one....

I think I might give the grey a try on as it's my day off tomorrow.

Just feel I should be sensible as I need so much new stuff.

the next ones are good boots, but I found them just casual ones, you can't really dress them up. The clarks ones you linked to are fab boots. very comfortable and versatile.

I bought some Clarks boots last winter and wore them almost every day for 6 months straight. My style is very similar to yours, and they are so comfortable. I had some Timberland ones and though they were double the price, my feet hurt if I wore them for more than a couple of hours.

I am getting a new pair of Clarks this week as they really are very comfy. They seem to have a lot more styles this winter too and the quality also seems to be improving again.
