Christmas party dress ideas needed!!!

Hiya lovely ladies!

Last Christmas I panic bought a dress for my work Christmas party, I wasn't comfortable and was a bit miserable at the do. This year I wanna get one earlier, something fabulous darlings!

I'm a size 10, small chest so nothing low cut, my bum is my best feature (even if I do say so myself lol)

Any ideas?
