This is a new problem for me but recently my mascara is leaving a black ring smudge on my eyelid. Seems to be mostly on school run (maybe moist/ damp air)????? Is it time to start using waterproof mascara or could a primer make any difference? I am assuming its a new problem due to my ever increasing eye lid sag.
