Going to Stratford Westfield shopping on Wednesday-hurrah! Now, how do I get there!?

I'm going to get some skinny jeans from Uniqlo and lots of other beautiful things!

Has anyone been to Westfield? I'll be coming in on the Liverpool Street line-is it a case of getting off at Stratford and you can't miss it or is it more complicated than that!?

Yes, it's very easy, get the main line or tube to Stratford and it's signposted everywhere - down to one of the underpasses and keep walking.

Going on a Wednesday you should be fine. On a Saturday it is heaving and I find it horribly claustrophobic - the walkways between shops seem quite narrow.

I went a few months ago and it's great. It was during a school half term so was full of teenagers but there was still plenty of space to walk around-not like central london!

You will not be able to miss it !

I find it lovely and quiet in the mornings when I have been and lunchtime onwards starts to get busy. Would never go to a shopping centre at a weekend. Enjoy yr day.

Stratford and follow the signs, it's easy

WRT Uniqlo, I bought a downfilled jacket for DD in the Bluewater branch, the colour looks nothing like the website . The jacket was "brown" but IRL more pewter grey/

Apparently they have tungsten lighting?

If you want your skinnies altered, go there first because I think they do them in store .

Yeah, you can't miss it. I like the other Westfield better though, I swear it has more shops!

if you WERE going to go there I'd suggest also a trip to Portobello Rd and go on Friday for their fashion market. quite a few stylists go there. Saturday is good too but not with maybe the fashion stuff so much.

My friend Ducie has her stall there.... (I Love Ducie) similar to Baby Ceylon dresses.
