Is this dress ok for a winter wedding?

I have a wedding at the end of October and to be honest weddings always flummox me. I find summer weddings easier too.
Anyway, a quick look around and I have found a Phase Eight dress below

Is it too informal? I was thinking with neutral heels or white wedges and some nice jewellery.
I'm a 12-14 with a bit of a problem tummy area. Other bits are quite presentable, including cleavage

Also, do Phase Eight come up big/small or just right? I'm a 12 in Monsoon and Next for example because they are quite generous.

I find phase eight to be quite similar sizing to Monsoon.

Great news in the further discount. I really don't want to spend a fortune as we have another wedding in December where loads of the same people are invited so cannot wear it to that one too!

I am worried that its not very 'wow' but I think the wedding is quite a laid back affair, it's in Cornwall by the sea.
