Help with colour shoes for this dress..

I have bought this dress on the link below for a ladies dinner out, and I am faffing about which shoes. I have some cerise pink strappy heel sandals which I bought ages ago and think might go with it, or some black high open toed shoes.

I don't really want to spend any more money, so out of the two pairs, which should I wear? Thanks!

I'd go with the black.

Yes the black shoes. Let the dress do the talking!

Thanks - and I have another question now!

The dress has a small one stitch on the v of the front, which looks a bit odd, like I put it in myself to stop it showing any cleavage. should I take it off? I didn't really notice when I tried it on as I was so excited it hid my tummy:)

Could it be one of those temporary stitches put in to "hold" the garment's shape until purchased, much like the stitch put in on the back of a blazer or mac?

Lavenderhoney · 07/10/2013 13:02

Yes, I think that's what it is, but I'm a bit nervous of undoing it! Its just one though, and a bit loose.

Try it. I'm sure it would be easily put right if it gapes.
