Long sleeved / slouchy / going out top?

I've got my first proper night out since having DD coming up and am looking for the perfect top to wear - I've bought some leather wet look type leggings from topshop which I love and feel young and trendy in them (im 25 but dont feel it anymore!!) in my head I can picture my perfect outfit - these with killer heels and some kind of sleeved (don't like tops of my arms) slouchy type top to cover bum .... Then wanted to dress it up with some jewellery if needs be... budget is £30..I just can't find the right top to wear. Any ideas?

I have this in xs-s (the sizes are very generous) it's super flattering, and with leather leggings, good hair and make up, heels and some great necklaces might be okay to go out in too

Ive just bought this from h&m, looks fab with jeans and leggings so ive just ordered it in a few more colours.
