I have it (paid full!) and it is comfy, and dresses up or down really well. Looks great with opaque tights and black shoe boots, and equal good with opaque tights, knee high boots and a sloppy aran cardy for casual.

I chuck on a burgundy suede belt with the above and it looks great, looks nice with a leather tan belt too! I am 5ft 3 and it is a smidgeon above my knee... Might not be what you're looking for but it is nice for Autumn and Winter.

:) I'd try the twelve if I were you! I am a ten but it only just fits me tbh! Due to the style I think you'd probably get away with it, especially if you have a bit of boobage... you can cinch the waist in with a belt :)
