Hi everyone,
I'm hoping you can help me with a slight problem i have. I have a blue and cream part arcylic part wool cardigan.
Can i wash it with whites? Can i wash it in the machine at all-will the colours run?
It's my favourite cardy from last winter and i don't want to kill it!

Funnily enough I have a similar cardigan (blue and white stripes). I always wash it on its own, on a short delicates cycle and dry it flat. I'm too nervous to put it in with a load of whites, which is what I guess you could do if you're braver than me

I have seen a poster on MN say she put all her clothes in together and used one of those colour catchers but I've never used them they sound too good to be true but you could try that if you have some of them already?

In theory if you wash it on its own first and the blue doesn't run into the cream than it will always be safe in a white wash.

but I still wash mine on its own
