LinusDKD · 12/10/2013 22:03

Oh a collier de chien! Gorgeous!

DH and I had a look at some leather wrap bracelets with a collier de chien clasp at Rome airport but none of the colours suited me. Sad

LinusDKD · 12/10/2013 22:08

Like this one

But the proper CdC cuff is even more blingtastic

Oh fab! Well done Dry, lovely to meet you.

To whoever asked, I do get to calling people by their rl names pretty quickly, however after a meet up its v hard not to call them by that on line. When I was in a cab earlier and posting, I was having to remind myself to use mn names!

I suspect Sleep and Marsha are still going Grin

Mom's bangle reawakened my need to hint to dh that a Kelly watch would go down well at Xmas. Sigh.

OneLittleLady · 12/10/2013 23:26

Made it home in one piece! Straight into a bloodbath as some poor teenage boy had been stabbed outside the station Sad

I got my shopping after tramping down the WHOLE of Oxford Street and round Covent Garden.

Thank you kind ladies for your compliments and warm welcome Blush

Dry and shop gave me hair envy as they both had such gorgeous hair.

sleep gave me arm envy as her arms are so lovely

novice looks younger than me and I thought I looked young!

mom looked fab, her bling was amazing and I loved her lip colour

liberty and queenC* were both so pretty and just generally lovely

marsha looked very elegant to my untrained northern eye Grin

MrsR looked so fresh faced and lovely, more hair envy right there. The pink was a good choice

Sleepwhenidie · 12/10/2013 23:59

Hullo everyone - everythings a bit blurry...i am posting after a fried egg sandwich and cup of tea at home - nutritional paragon that I am. Mom, liberty and I lasted the distance and called it quits just after 10.30 I think. i have posted pics of everyone - you know where - of whoever was still there at about 5pm (sorry for those who had left) for others to play the matching game. It was so great to see everyone and to actually meet One, Mom, Dry and Queen for the first time. Everyone looked gorgeous but special mentions re:

Dry - you are immaculate - an even funnier in RL! Such a beautiful colour top.
Marsha - the scarf, the snuggly jumper, beautiful hair - so naturally gorgeous!
Shop - v stylish and put together - colours working so well and great shoes and hair!
Mom - seriously hot - Envy at pulling off those leather trousers and also the ring and bag!
Novice stunning as ever, beautiful colours in that dress and gorgeous bling
One - so youthful Envy - I loved those suede boots. So lovely to meet you Smile
Liberty - you are such a wonderful, compassionate person, I love chatting with you (your niece is very lucky to have you Smile) - your Agnes B shirt is fab.
MrsR I am in awe that your little one is still only 10m old, you look amazing and beautiful ( I look like I regularly slept - if I was lucky - in a skip at that stage with each of my DC's)
Queen - I hope you made it to your train ok- you looked lovely and are a party animal, looking forward to the mu when you stay over, it will be a riot Grin

ok...need more tea now.. decaf, naturally....

Sleepwhenidie · 13/10/2013 00:26

okay....still smiling at thought of shop disguised as chamber maid, stalking novice in hotels in hope of forgotten bling Grin - novice - keep an eye...

marsha - please tell me you made it home ok!

MarshaBrady · 13/10/2013 06:43

Sleep you are lovely I got home.

Sorry not to update I do recall saying to dh, post on Mn and tell them I'm home.

Thanks so much I owe you all big time.

I loved our mu. Back later with proper post.

MarshaBrady · 13/10/2013 07:04

I just scrolled back and am chuckling.

Shop right back atya kiddo.

Sleep I really do owe you! And vaguely remember I do others too. Will pm later.

I meant my posts but I don't remember posting them! Except for the first one.

shopafrolic · 13/10/2013 07:06

Phew! She's alive. I've been worrying like an old Mother hen Marsha ......Mummy Vogue

BrandyAlexander · 13/10/2013 07:11

Grin Marsha, so funny! By the way, I loved the hair, slightly longer. I thought it was v sexy falling on your face. Good to hear from you!

Queeeeenie! Hellooooo? Post and let us know you're not still drunkenly staggering round down South to get home.

QueenCadbury · 13/10/2013 07:21

Morning! I am absolutely knackered after 2 hours shopping and 7 hours drinking prosecco Grin.
It was sooo lovely to meet everyone. Not sure I have much to add to whatever anyone else has said but...
marsha gorgeous hair. I have serious hair envy at her long messy bob.
shop looked amazing in the Chloe coat that she modelled for us.
mom seriously rocked her red lipstick. It looked so natural. And Envy at the Hermes.
dry and nancy looked fab. The primark necklace totally suited you. And luckily she was able to sit on the long bench rather than a chair so that nancy could sit beside her Grin.
novice wearing a sack Hmm! Totally gorgeous jewellery, bag and house!
sleep great arms! Gorgeous shoes and I wanted to steal her jacket!
one totally rocked the purple hair. I loved it and the red boots.
liberty I wanted to steal the hat. And totally loved the shirt.
mrsr looked totally pretty in her pink jumper. We had lots of winter chat Grin.

I will get linking my purchases now. I loved regents st especially other stories. So much in there i could have. I was a bit disappointed in massimo dutti but I think that's because it was all very muted so totally not my colours. It was great to finally go to anthropologie but it was heaving in there so didn't have a huge look around. I'm glad there's no banana republic in bristol as I had to be very restrained and not try stuff on as I knew I'd love it all! Cos was a disappointment too as everything looked a bit sack like. I think you probably just need to try loads of stuff on to find what suits. Uniqlo was fab too. Wish we had one of those in bristol.
