how to look good naked......

I thought it was OK but why did they spend so much time on clothes if it was to make her look good naked? Granted she looked better in her rigby and pellar corset but thats no good to your body when it is on the floor... I thought it would be more about how to tone up, make your skin better etc...

I thought it was really good. Its all about confidence and she felt great about herself at the end!

the only way i would look good in the nude is by undergoing a full body transplant.

I aw a few minutes of it in the footy break and thought it was hysterically great!

Loved this, even DH thought it was good. For once the guy was NICE. Usually you have those bullying T&S or the horrendous Nicki 'poker up the bum' double-barreled creature.

I loved the way the woman got confidence without teh surgery, just decent bras and clothes. IT IS SO TRUE. So many people think they are fatter than they are and have no idea what shape they are, hence they dress appalingly and look worse.

I of course look to MN for my style guide and can do no wrong

I thought she looked so pretty done up.She was still fuller but sexier with it. Its like Fern from this morning i think she always looks great and looks good in what she wears.

I taped this 'just in case' and now can't wait to watch it - very excited (oh the shame)

she looked like a completely different women. Wish they demonstrated hoe to apply makeup properly i thought that also really changed her face. Think i may go but some underwear never thought of wearing one one of those corset thingys it gave a better shape then just a normal strapless bra

Mrs B, You're in for a treat. Was great, I want that guy to be my new best friend and personal stylist! Even my DH, who is highly critical of self help TV thought it was fab.
