Or is my eyelids that are just greasy? After seeing some recommendations on here, I bought Rimmel Scandal Eyes and couldn't wait to try it out. It went on great and I even managed a little flick. But a couple of hours later, I had black imprints in my eye socket which smudged when I tried to wipe them off. So my question is, which felt tip style eyeliners stay put without any weird smudging? I've used Bobbi Brown's gel eyeliner in the last and that did a similar thing although not as bad as Rimmel.
