Exciting s&b project for you lovely people (help!)

I'm in Vietnam and am going to get some dresses made. Apparently it's best to give them pictures of dresses to copy, but I can't find much.

I'm looking for cotton, short sleeves, knee length for work. Has anyone seen anything pretty that fits the bill? Am size 12, fairly tall.

I will wear to work (in a school, so nothing revealing or short) in Malaysia, so has to be breathable. Shape wise I am not sure really. Fairly small boobs, hips wider but not very wide. Not sure what shape that is!
