Has anyone found a firming (body) moisturiser that works at all?

I've got quite dry skin on my body as a whole and generally find slapping a body lotion or oil on after showering sorts the dry issue.

However the skin on my boobs is like stretch tissue paper. Its so thin and dull and seems to be losing elasticity at a rapid rate.

My shoulders, arms, decolletage and back are starting to be similar. I was looking for a body moisturiser that would give a bit of oomph back in to my skin. I'm very pale but my body skin is looking grey because of this.

of course not! How on earth would it actually work?

I keep seeing all these ads for firming moisturisers and I wondered if anyone had any success with them.

Its not a ridiculous question.

I believe some creams can do these sorts of things for the face why not the body.
