I have just bought this lovely dress to wear at my SIL's wedding, but I haven't a clue what to wear with it!
I thought nude heels and a nude clutch (the background to the lace is nude rather than cream as it appears in the photo), but I've no idea what sort/colour jacket/bolero/shrug thing etc to wear on top that doesn't look frumpy. The dress fits so nicely and is really elegant, so I don't want to spoil it with the wrong top.
Wedding is second weekend in October, so has the potential to be surprisingly warm or absolutely chuffing freezing!
I'm 28, dark hair, slightly tanned skin, can wear most colours. I'd like to look elegant but still 'young' iyswim. Venue is church wedding and then reception in an old manor house.
If it was summer I would just wear a pashmina and be done with it, but feel I need to be a little smarter (and warmer) than that.
So, style and beauty mavens, can you help with my quandry??
