18th present for my goddaughter - but I'm buying from abroad

Looking for some help and guidance - its my fabulously wonderful goddaughters 18th birthday and I'd like to buy her a piece of jewelry but something a bit different.
I was thinking about a cuff - mainly because I loved this from Tiffany
I'd rather not go Tiffany, I was only looking for inspiration and prefer to be spending in the 100 pound mark, and it has to be somewhere that reliably gift wraps and delivers as I live abroad....
Goddaughter is a bit 50's retro/punky so whilst I want to buy something "nice" for her 18th - she's not the delicate chain or locket type

What's the recommendations.... knows this will be dangerous because you lot are bound to find me things I want myself

Without sounding rude I reckon you can do a lot better. That just looks like a melted ashtray Confused

This is amazing. 18 year old me would have loved it. And it's Alexander McQueen so you might get bonus cool Godmother points Grin

Very very good call - funnily enough I had looked at this but wondered if it wouldn't age well
I did like the chunkiness of the cuff but you are probably right about the melted look
