Thanks very much for the code, I was just looking at their cardi's as I need to stock up, has anyone had their Supima Fine Gauge Cardigan Are they good quality? I want some new soft and warm cardi's, also how is the fit?

TIA

I find the quality of Lands End to be very good and I like their kids clothes. Their ladies clothes however have a distinct middle age tinge to them and find that I age 10 years when I wear them.

Yes, I know what you mean Idugup but have been recommended their coat right here to keep the winter out. I REALLY feel the cold.

I couldn't find any knitwear on the Lands end site with a good wool content, I really feel the cool too!

Thank you. I find lands end handy for work stuff and kids. Ok not the most trendy and up todate but then neither am I!

helzapoppin2 · 25/09/2013 18:19

I have one of the supima fine gauge cardigans. It is very good quality and quite thick for cotton. It will be perfect for winter. Just got it so can't say how it washes, but the Lands End stuff comes with a lifetime guarantee if not happy.

UtterflyButterfly · 26/09/2013 11:52

I can second the quality of Land's End stuff, especially their coats. They really do keep the weather out.

Some of their stuff is, admittedly, ghastly, but if you trawl through you can find a few nice pieces. I've just got a Supima top from them and it feels lovely to wear, really soft. They do wash well; I have tops from years ago that look as new.

Service is good too, I ordered stuff on Friday and got it yesterday - and I'm in Ireland.

i have been looking at the supima cardiagns and not sure if to take the plunge, think I will order a basic black one and see how I get on. I work in a smart office and have a client facing role as well, and its v v conservative (networks Yawn Wink) and you can find some nice workwear. I also like my dog walking/watching boys play sport waterproof coat as its plain black wit no logos/fauxfur/dodgy trims.
