What do you think of these boots?

I've been looking for ankle boots for 2 years (really!) and I'm getting to the point where I just need to get some!!!

I've just ordered these and want some opinions please!

They're quite nice. I can imagine they'll look good with jeans.

What about skirts and dresses? I'm just not 100% sure...... but I can't find any others and I'm at the point of crying (real first world problem )

I'm not sure about these with skirts. Although.... they do have a bit of a 'cowboy' vibe going on, so maybe with an unstructured, floaty type skirt or dress...

I've looked at them again. Yes to wearing with skirts and dresses. I would wear with patterned wool tights and floaty loose dresses, bohemian style. You would probably like Hudson boots, although they are quite pricey, but they are quite similar to these in terms of style.

You see, I like bohemian style but don't really know if I can pull it off.
Fitted, structured things tend to look better on me.
I don't suppose you'd know of any alternative boots? I feel like I've looked everywhere! I found a few I loved but they were on Pinterest and were a few years old or were way over budget!

I think you could get away with these with more fitted dresses and skirts tbh.
I would prob add a belt in the same colour to tie the outfit together.

Personally I would wear them with skinnys, boot cuts, thick black tights with mini skirts/floral floaty skirts/dresses possibly with leg warmers pushed quite low.
Boot toppers might work better than leg warmers with ankle boots though...

Have a look in mango. I have these: and love them, they go well with most of my trousers.

They are okay apart from the plaity bit imho. Would only wear with short skirts though, and only if legs are good. DD1 wears boots a bit like that a lot, with either skinnies or shorts or mini skirts, but such things are easy to carry off at 5'10 and a size 8!

Agree that the Mango ones look as if they'd go with more things.

The Oasis boots look v good - am on phone so no link, but they are only doing about 4 pairs, anyway. I think theirs are nicer than the White Stuff or Mango ones.
