Out of the ones I like they are oos or not in a 10 or a 12!

And this one in a medium which may be a bit loose, I'm not sure how the sizing of this will come up but I don't mind coats being slightly bigger. Just a bit worried that it may be a bit old lady on me! It also went out of stock as I ordered so I may not get it although it went through paypal ok.

Sunday, I just tried to find them again to link for you but the sale coats aren't showing up for me anymore. I got a beige trench style coat, but to hip not full length. Also a double breasted wool coat in an unusual coral colour, again to hip, not full length. Both lovely.

My coats arrived. Perhaps in my haste to buy I didn't look at the sizing info properly.

They are both lovely. The grey one is labelled a medium which is supposed to be a 12. I am a size ten but don't mind going a size larger in a coat so as to accommodate winter goolies and layers. It is monstrously sized! Such a shame. No way is it a 12, I would say its more like a 16 or even an 18! Stupid, stupid sizing!

The cream and beige herringbone is a size ten and fits me better but it is still big fitting, more like a 12 or 14.

I can return for free but am so bloody annoyed they are so big.

I would have to order a size 6 in order to get them to fit!!!! Sadly one is oos and the other doesn't have a smaller size I don't think.

Thanks for replying LittleTulip, I'm so annoyed about the sizing. The coats are lovely but just so big! I was guided by what they size they said the model was wearing.

I will have to return the grey one but can't get it in a smaller size which is such a shame as it is so lovely.

The oasis one is now sold out so I can't re order in a smaller size but might be able to get away with wearing it. It's a ten but is still too big which is ridiculous as the perfect size would be a size 6 but no way on earth am I a size 6!

The model is wearing an 8 which I believe is pinned at the back for the photo :(

American sizing? Damn, wish I'd seen this thread earlier, I desperately need a winter coat!

British sizing on labels, so I have got what I ordered. It's just that even for allowing a bit of over sizing these coats, especially the grey one are not comparable to other clothing brands of the same size!

LittleTulip bought one too and thinks its massive so I am not alone in thinking the sizing is inaccurate.
