Has anyone tried the new Vaseline lited edition lip tin Paint the Town Red?

Is it an easy way to wear red lips if you are afraid on red lipstick?

It's not online at Boots but after work today I am going to visit a store and see if they have it or can get it in for me.

I use the pink bubbly one all the time, so I think I will love this.

I seem to recall the pink bubbly one being an exclusive to Selfridges at first then being online at Boots a short time after.

I don't live near a selfridges anymore now that I've relocated but I am going to try Boots instore.

I tried Selfridges last week, and couldn't find it. Want it though.

Just bought this in Boots. It's lovely but in no way gives you red lips. It's just a hint of barely noticeable reddish pink.

Not too sure how it's any different from the existing "rosy lips" vaseline in the pink tin then?! I use that and think it's a lovely colour but was considering getting the new red one - don't think I'll bother if the colour isn't great!

I did wonder if the red one was a stronger shade?

Having just swatched rosy lips next to paint the town on my hand, paint the town is a smidgen stronger, but really both are very very sheer and barely visible on the lips (and my lips are pale and unpigmented). Paint the town smells pleasingly of sherbert though!
