Having my colours done this morning....

....in the comfort of my own living room, I'm so excited, it's been really hard to hold off purchases for months but to compensate I've been enthusiastically pinning all the stuff I loved. I have around £1000 to spend.

I hoping to buy some cashmere jumpers/cardigan and a cashmere beanie from Cos, a wool coat, a leather bag, knitted dress, scarf, above knee length skirt and some wool socks - keeping warm and stylish is the theme.

Oh how exciting! especially with that budget afterwards. Any ideas what you might be?

I'm a bit of a weird combo. Very pale skin, light brown hair, dark brown eyes. I don't sound like a winter but I really suit white and black...they are probably my best colours. But I'm prepared to be told otherwise.

Ooo exciting! I think I am going to treat myself to a consultation at Christmas . At the moment I rely on what looks good on dd3 who has the same colouring lol.

How exciting. I finally talked my sister into having her colours done and accompanied her yesterday. Not sure who was more excited - me or her! Have a lovely time. You have got a pretty decent budget to spend too.

How did you get on?

Well surprised by the findings - I am a Dramatic Vibrant Autumn! I was initally horrified by being an Autumn but was more convinced when my best colours were shown to sit at the brighter, deeper end of the spectrum.

So now I'm having to scrap most of my pininterest board and start again....excited though and glad I did it.
