Is there a such thing as flat winter boots that also look feminine?

I don't like clumpy styles..... So not me..... On top of it I have skinny legs or I would just go for riding style boots. Ruched ones look best but they are all high heeled! Help!

I have seen ruched flats around but can't remember where. Will post links if I find them again!

tethersend · 19/09/2013 21:21

These are quite nice

Watching with interest.
Need some flat but smart boots for work.
Flat generally means casual, usually biker.
Some lovely Wang on Outnet but more of a heel than I am after.
I shall keep searching!

Dune! They have tan and black flat ruched knee high boots. They are £99 and not clompy at all because I dont like big blocky heels either.

They also have free delivery on boots atm BUT limiyed sizes, I went to order some and they'd sold out of size 5 Sad so gutted you'd think they'd have plenty in stock.

Rubybrazilianwax · 20/09/2013 10:09

I too have birds legs, boots look like wellies on me

IWillOnlyEatBeans · 20/09/2013 10:55

I looove the Dune ones! They have size 5 in black.

I also have skinny legs and struggle to find boots that don't look like willies.

Grin at boots that don't look like willies!

Watching this thread with interest, would do anything for a flattering, flat boot.

Bragadocia · 20/09/2013 11:52

willies, Mrs S!?
I love the idea of a willy boot.

callamia · 20/09/2013 11:55

I've got some campers that I loved so much that I bought the same pair again when the zip and soles finally gave in (it was a few years).
I also have pretty slim calves and ankles, and struggle to find boots that don't look baggy.

I'm after some tan coloured boots this year - all recommendations welcome!

These are ankle boots and look really great with a skirt and different types of trousers.

Depends how you wear them, but they can look very smart as well as casual

I'm really tall so invested in a pair of long, black, slim-legged, flat boots last winter. They're from LK Bennett and worth every penny. I love them and they're so comfy! Would highly recommend!

Thanks! Am really fussy!
Will keep searching

Don't buy aldo boots if you want to wear them more than a couple of times... the only pair I've had from there were the most expensive boots I ever bought, and lasted the least amount of time- I had to fight to return them as they were such poor quality. Brantano have some nice ones, as do TKMaxx
