Needed high waisted smart black trousers

Can anyone recommend any high waisted black trousers, need to be smart. I'm only 5'1" so usually get trousers taken up, if anyone can recommended petite length options that would be great.
Need high waisted to hold in post caesarean tummy! Currently still wearing maternity trousers with high jersey panel at front which is ideal post c section but they fall down now and going back to work very soon. Help!

Those are nice but not sure, I'm 28 size 10 so looking for something on trend but practical to hold in my tummy. Any other ideas, please?

I spent a long time last week looking for high waist trousers. Those alice temperly ones are so nice and a great shape. But too much polyester for the price.

These are also nice and sit high. But they're not black
