I am going to a formal Scottish dancing ball in November, and I need a gown.
It needs to be comfortable enough to dance in, so no tight skirts. Ankle or mid-calf length. Short sleeved or sleeveless, as I get quite warm when dancing.
I'll possibly be wearing a tartan sash with it, so plainish colours work best. My sash is "weathered Ulster" tartan, a sort of sludgey brown.
I'm an Autumn, short brown hair, 5'2, size 10. Budget of around £100, but could go a bit more for something stunning.
