Best 'at home' shopping party you've been to / hosted?

I'd like to organise a party before Christmas with a few friends. We had a few last year at other people's houses and they were all good fun - one was Jamie (Oliver) at home, one was a pamper party (nails and stuff) and one was an Italian clothing company.

I know Topshop used to do them, looks like they don't anymore which is a shame - but we are probably all getting a bit old for Topshop anyway - which is even more of a shame! Someone mentioned Stella and Dot but I think the school PTA do something with them.

And ideas? There would be about 8 of us but I could easily invite more if needed. Oh we are in South London if that helps.
Thanks!

have you tried My Secret Kitchen? Best one I've ever been to - lots of free food tasting, and really yummy stuff to buy. Good recipe suggestions too.

40 bum lady has mentioned one a few times, is it Taylor Stephens?

The last one I went to was Tupperware, about a million years ago... not helpful, sorry!

Chocoholics also do a really good Christmas range. I would definitely host one of their parties.

Oh yes, pampered chef by far!
