Would a lace top t shirt look okay with an animal print skirt?

Just that really. Going to theatre so will probably have a drink after too. Black t shirt with lace three quarter sleeves and animal print skirt with black boots and opaque tights. Could I get away with that?! I live in jeans and denim skirts. 5'4 brown hair in a bob size 12/14. God I sound boring!!

Or is lace and animal print in one outfit a big no no?!

Have no idea how to upload, but the skirt is a loose swishy style above knee and black t shirt with lace bit at the top and sleeves (sorry not very good at describing but there's millions of them around).
