What shoes to wear with this dress

I have just ordered this dress

Would it look okay with black tights to take it into autumn? What type of shoes/ boots would you wear with it?

I'd say wear sheer black tights not opaque. Knee length boots would look good imho. (Don't like the ankle boots the model's wearing. Very clunky)

Thank you bunchoffives. I don't like the boots she was wearing either. It was more the material I didn't like.

I would wear opaques with that dress & either ankle boots, as per the model, or flat black boots.

Black opaques, grey woollen tights, red opaques...

Nice dress - would wear with ankle boots to be 'current', or red t bars or mustard shoes for a vaguely retro look.

Definitely great for autumn.

or brogues would work, if you have the legs for it.
