I'm about 5'2, size 14, with biggish boobs. I live in Glasgow and get the (overheated) train to work, then walk for 15 minutes. Warmth trumps waterproof, and it needs to cover my bum. Padded coats make me look like the Michelin man. Would a parka suit?
