Doesn't Whistles have 25% off (Grazia mag) around this time of year? Any one know more?

I seem to recall it was around this time of year last year...I have my eye on a dress but can't buy it without a decent discount... Grr...Thanks

Most Whistles stuff is too expensive for me even with the 25% off tbh.

Annianni · 26/09/2013 13:20

The discount works on sale items too.

Lighthousekeeping · 26/09/2013 13:24

That's interesting to know if there's anything left in my size!

Annianni · 26/09/2013 13:35

I've ordered some black jeans and a silver sweater.

Lighthousekeeping · 26/09/2013 15:47

It's a shame it can't be used in John Lewis as they have 20 % in there today

Lighthousekeeping · 26/09/2013 17:39

I got the Mara dress in black which is really flattering on and the olive sparkly jumper £125 for both.

snowlie · 26/09/2013 18:04

I got the Elena Dress in green. Love the Mara dress.

Lighthousekeeping · 26/09/2013 19:16

That cashmere dress is lovely. I'd have to wear it as a jumper though!

macandcheesewithbaconbits · 26/09/2013 19:42

Trench looks awful, boxy going back. Lena blazer looks fab tempted to get another colour.

Lighthousekeeping · 26/09/2013 19:44

What size did you get?

macandcheesewithbaconbits · 26/09/2013 20:03

12, what I usually get. It's not flattering. Shame as it is great quality.

MrsCampbellBlack · 26/09/2013 20:51

I went in whistles today - snowlie - your dress is the most gorgeous colour!

I tried on the sculptured top that doesmybum blogged - god it was hideous. The material made me feel suffocated and the shape was hideous - enormous shoulders and no room for boobs. I should know that nothing she likes ever works on me.

Did get the animal print jumper though which is nice.

snowlie · 27/09/2013 07:12

Thank you for the lovely comments about my dress. I ordered lots of items and it was the only keeper. The gold sequin pencil skirt was stunning but I'm rarely that dressed up, so I resisted.
I love the colours in the sculptured tee but it has the awful combination of being polyester and dry clean only....lucky escape MrsC. Grin

Really tempted by your dress snowlie but couldn't justify it, I work from home and default uniform is pretty much jumper+skinnies. The green Annie sparkle just arrived. Love . It. Colour is really good on me

BeattieBow · 27/09/2013 14:05

I tried the sculptured top too and it was hideous. horrid material and completely unflattering on me. I am not huge on top but it made me look very matronly

I have bought rather a lot but couldn't try much on as dd was being too difficult (and then did a poo and smelled horrible too so I had to take her out). I managed to get some pointy shoes from the NOttingham store - they've sold out everywhere I think (I probably won't like them now...)

And that's me spent up until Christmas I think.
