What do you think of my comfy new work shoes?

I have just bought these new shoes for work. They're really comfy. Am I kidding myself they're 'modern' because they are a bit brogue like?
Planning to wear with black trousers mostly but toying whether they'd go we'll with certain dress styles too.

Ooh - they are nice. Would look lovely with dresses too. Something cinched in at the waist with a flaired skirt.

Sorry Chew, but I think they look like Mary Poppins shoes. I also don't personally like patent. However, v glad you've found something that you like and that are comfortable. They could work with a kick pleated or slit pencil skirt and a silk blouse for librarian chic. :)

Not my cup of tea, sorry. If you're going to wear brogues then they should be flat and even a bit chunky!

Flat brogues are all very well, but my 12y wears them for school, so I like something that is a bit different.
