3 key items to update my wardrobe for A/W cheaply?

I have heaps of clothes. Don't really neeed anything and don't have much money either. Just wondering what key things will update my wardrobe.

I don't need coats/jackets or bags
I have brown ankle boots and black ash spiral

Loads of jeans, black and grey cigarette trews, black velvet skinnies (my staple for winter nights out), a pencil skirt and lace pencil skirt. A few nice dresses.

I work but in a really casual office so tend to wear jeans/casual a lot anyway.

I'm wondering about a leather-look pencil skirt.

Maybe a chunky necklace.

Maybe a top? I could do with a nice cashmere jumper but I could also do with a lottery win so a cheap top will have to do!

Should I be focused on anything else?

Off thread but one of the 'nice dresses' I have is that green mock wrap dress from phase 8 that loads of people bought in the sale. I think it was £15. Any idea how to style it? With black feels a bit 90's

I fear the leather skirt thing is peaking too early and will be all over by november with everyone still creaking around in them as they are reduced

Checked shirt. Try gap, primark or Zara

Woollen biker type cardi/or sleeveless jacket
