Looking for best superskinny jeans or jeggings?

I used to love DorothyPerkins' Bailey super skinnies, but they've changed the fabric and its not as good.

Has anyone found the perfect skinny? Not too high or low waisted and properly tight on the leg (with no baggy knees!)

Uniqlo do a super stretch skinny jean.
The sizing is about 'average'- I am a 10 and have a 28 inch waist pair ( but not in the super stretch ones) . It depends on your measurements. If you have a smaller waist then size down.
