Myleene klass skirt - anyone help me find this?

She was wearing it on tv today, think it was Alan titchmarsh show. It was knee length, a line and I think it had sail boats on it, v brightly coloured.

Any ideas where it came from?

Now I've just looked closely at it and its not actually a skirt! It's a dress as the little vest is attached.
