Toddler winter coats for girls - help!

I'm looking for a warm coat to see my 2 yo DD through the winter. We'll be outside alot so hoping to find something that is at least shower resistant if not waterproof. I've been looking online but nothing fits the bill. Am trying to get something for £40 or less, I don't mind spending a little more since she'll be in it every day - just want it to be warm and I'm not convinced about the children's coats I've seen so far.

I have seen this one from uniqlo but not sure how warm it would be as it's 100% polyester.

Any suggestions?

Dd7 had a didrikson camden last year. It was a brilliant coat and was excellent in the snow we had too as it was 100% waterproof.

I think I might go for a JoJo one - can't decide between these two...any thoughts?

I'd never go for a puffer jacket, just cause they're such a pain to get the car seat straps on.

I think the padded is nicer, but warm enough? Agree about car seats and puffas don't suit all children. The polar fleece duffle coats btw, are fab actually really warm and good in the snow surprisingly. And so cute, but dd is too big for them :(
