Quick help needed! Do Land's End childrens coats run true to size or are they huge?

My DD2 is nine and a half, but tall for her age. She is in age 10-11 for most things. I am about to but her a waterproof school coat but I heard Lands End are huge, is that true? They only do age 9-10 and age 11-12 you see.
