asking for a free retuns label if items is different to pic on website

would this work? have ordered some blue boots but they are significantly darker than the ad would suggest. quite a bit darker, postage would be about twenty quid to returns and there are no shops.

I would try. What have you got to lose? I have done something similar recently (wanted to return some stuff, but found out they didn't do free returns during sale periods - even though I'd ordered full price stuff). They sent me a free returns label. I've saved the attachment, incase I need to use it again Go for it!
