:) I really don't think such a thing exists tbh. You can buy thermal leggings/tights to wear under jeans, so you'd be warmer, at least.

I have some craghoppers winter waterproof trousers. They are breathable and have a fleecy lining. They are not erm, stylish, but neither are they hidously bulky either. They were about £20 in craghoppers' sale. (It's always worth waiting for their sales - often 70% off).

i hate that trussed up feeling you get from leggings though,..
