Isabella Oliver ruched jersey dress - what is the sizing like?

Should I get my usual size? Are they nice? Any recommendations for similar? Am looking for a tight jersey knee length (or slightly above) dress, plain not patterned. Have tried on a few cheaper ones like Topshop and RI but want better, thicker material. Doesn't need to be ruched.

I've found both the Baukjen and Isabella Oliver maternity stuff to be on the generous, rather than the mean side. Not way out, but cut bigger rather than smaller. Love the quality from there too, washes and wears brilliantly.

i am 14 and always get the last size (F?)

Catham sizing seems to be normal, ie 8, 10 etc. Am looking at the non maternity stuff. Should have done a link, sorry:

I always find isabella Oliver / baukjen is way too long for me but I am only 5'3'' ... and a half...

But even so I think they come up longer than comparable stuff elsewhere.
