Which dress would you choose?

I am going to a big birthday party in a few weeks (glamorous theme) and I need a dress. I've found this one: in black and this one in red

Which is nicer out of the two? Or are they both horrible ?

I'm 25, olive skinned, brown hair (pixie length), 5'9.5 in flats, size 10/12, hourglass shape. I have a little bit of a wobbly tum, but I'm planning on Spanxing that away

It's gorgeous, I can imagine both would look great on you.

I know you were hoping for a decision, but these both would look great I think. I would be slightly leaning towards the black because of the wobbly tum, but if yours is easily manageable by Spanx (mine takes two pairs ) then it's honestly whatever you feel more comfortable in.

Think you could dress the black one up more formal, and the red one would be a bit more edgy... Sorry I'm not more help!

I don't like one sleeved dresses personally, so cannot suggest the black one! I think the red one is much nicer.

The red would go really well with your colouring and it's the nicer dress imo.

Both are nice but I think you should go for the red one (looks comfier regarding the Spanx issue!)

Hmm, with your particulars, I think you would great in both. I would generally prefer a red dress, but not THAT red dress IYSWIM.

Of the two you have linked to, I think the black is much more classy, but in general I think you could do way better than either.

Red one is knock out. I'd go for that sits on credit card

I say the red, unless you have really big boobs because it looks a little precarious around the top! The black one is a bit shiny. You sound gorgeous though so wear whatever you please!
