skin/hair vitamins?

have u used these and do they work?

I've never used any skin or hair vitamins before so couldn't tell you if they worked. So if any one has used them please tell as I would be interested to find out if they worked also.

Although I do remember that there was a lot of controversy over vitamins and whether your body can come too reliant on them.

The better way I think, is to get the right vitamins into your diet :-)
