Comfortable high(ish)-heeled black dressy shoes???

Am going to a wedding in a few weeks. I have a brilliant dress already, and although I have some nice black shoes, they're bloody uncomfortable after a few hours. Anyone got any magical non-painful-yet-beautiful-elegant shoes?

I've just bought these which are incredibly comfortable (& I haven't worn heels for years). They look higher than they are, and are very comfy - I got a wide fitting which was brilliant.

They're nice . . . but I want the impossible, I want them to look high and impractical while being comfortable.
