Tiffany bracelet for an 18th birthday present?

The girl in question lives in California so whatever we get it will need to be something that can be delivered in the U.S.

Is a Tiffany bracelet a good present or would it be considered tacky? I have absolutely no idea about these things, especially when it's for an 18 year old.

Any other ideas? Happy to spend about $200.

Tiffany is lovely and a nice keepsake for a special birthdaySmile could you not order from the US and get it shipped from there I've got a feeling it may be cheaper in the US!

Yes, that was the plan, order from the U.S. website, that way there are no issues with import duty and so on.

Hi, Have you looked at Links of London stuff seems to be popular with my daughters friends

Double check that they will accept a credit card that is registered to a uk address. Lots of American websites will only accept a USA registered card. It's a PITA as my sister lives there and I can't buy her lots of stuff!

We bought her a Links of London Sweetie bracelet six years ago, so we've done that one already.

Will check the Tiffany website to see if it accepts Uk cards, thanks.

We don't usually buy gifts unless we are visiting but it's her 18th so we feel we should, also we're going for Christmas this year so I guess we could buy something for her birthday and then something matching for Christmas. Maybe a necklace and matching earrings.
