Which of these mint velvet jumpers do you prefer?

I've given up on finding a nice Boden jumper as all the ones I ordered looked awful on and they went straight back.

I can't decide between this
Or this one or
something like this

I'm quite petite and a size 8 so these would be longer on me, and am looking for something to wear with both skinnies and leggings.

Can I get your views on these as not sure which one to go for!

I like the first one the most out of those but Im a bit of a sucker for buttons/ zips on the back!

buttercrumble · 04/09/2013 08:14

The first one defiantly ,

KosherBacon · 04/09/2013 08:15

I can't get the middle link to work but of the top and bottom ones I prefer the top one. It looks more fitted than the boden one.

CakeInMyFace · 04/09/2013 08:19

Hi Kosher here is the middle one

Thanks for the views so far!

I still don't see that link. I'd choose the first one too. I prefer the fitted one too and love the buttons down the back.

purplewithred · 04/09/2013 08:46

I think the first is pretty boring from the front - I do love the buttons at the back but unless you are going to walk round backwards it's a very very plain black jumper. The last one depends entirely on what that neckline looks like on you.

if this is the middle one middle one I like it best

CakeInMyFace · 04/09/2013 08:47

Hmmm, can't work out why that second link isn't working. It's under knitwear on the mint velvet site, and its called the black and ink stripe lace detail knit.

I'll try it one more time.

First one

CakeInMyFace · 04/09/2013 08:49

Thanks purple. That's the one. I don't know why that link just won't work properly when I do it.

I like the middle one the best. I tried a jumper with buttons down the back and I thought it looked like I had put a cardigan on back to front. Third one is a bit shapeless and might drown you.

Kezztrel · 04/09/2013 09:50

I like the first one, can't see the middle one and really don't like the last one.

I can't see what the first one is made of though. For that price I'd want it to be something nice like merino wool and not just cotton.

Northernexile · 04/09/2013 09:54

I like the first one best, the second one is also nice. Not keen on the shape of the third one. I really like the colour pallette they have going on.

Takingbackmonday · 04/09/2013 09:54

So disappointed I thought you were looking at mint coloured velvet jumpers :(.

Ill get my coat.

Willemdefoeismine · 04/09/2013 10:12

I like the first one best - am very jealous at how effortlessly casually chic the model looks in the outfit.... I would look like a bundle Hmm.

CakeInMyFace · 04/09/2013 10:22

Good point Kezztrel. The first one seems to be a combination of cotton, viscose, nylon and a touch of both cashmere and angora. The middle one is 100% wool. I do love the first one but think I may go for the middle stripey one.

Oh yes a stripy 100% wool jumper will be a much better investment :)
